Milky oats refer to the creamy oat seeds, (Avena sativa) harvested just prior to ripeness when the seed exudes milky sap when squeezed. The medicinal sap when extracted in alcohol restores an overworked nervous system and helps relieve anxiety and nervous tension.
Suggested Use: Shake well before using
Add 1.4 ml (1-2 droppers or 30-60 drops) to 2 oz. of hot water or juice. Take 3-4 times a day as needed.
