Community Permaculture Design Hybrid Course
Welcome dreamers, weavers, and changemakers! We are seeking a cohort of participants interested in participating in a collective regenerative design process over the course of three intensive months of learning together. We seek to build the practical and creative skills within our home communities of Northern Arizona. How does this land, this place, and the needs of our communities speak to us collectively? What design-based skills will allow us to (re)ignite our own intuitive abilities to see and design for pattern? How can we find re-alignment between the lives that we imagine and our day-to-day lived experiences? We are stronger together. Join us in building our community resilience, joy, and creative possibilities.
Participants are welcome at any experience level. From experienced designers to beginning growers, caretakers, creatives, mothers, builders and more—each of your hearts and skills are needed. All you need to bring is a willingness to think outside the box, and a desire to serve our community. The course fees cover all costs associated with the following offerings:

*Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the evening camp outs! This is a key aspect of building our permaculture design community of Northern Arizona. Over a meal, around a campfire, or singing is where the beautiful work of community building takes root. Every Friday evening we are together, we will be welcoming the larger grower/permaculture community to join us over a meal to strengthen our network. Our October 24-October 25 design weekend will also be open to the larger community.
We welcome you, fully and wholly.
Mothers, parents, caregivers—please don’t let your caregiving responsibilities keep you from participating. We believe that people care is the foundation of permaculture design– when we bring our whole selves, our community grows stronger. If attending with your children or those you care for makes your participation possible, they are warmly welcome too.
