1. We like making people happy! We love it when our brides cry when holding the bouquet for the first time. We value the satisfaction of our customers and it is our joy to be in service to them.

2. Our flowers are grown with love from seeds. This is our passion, so by choosing us you are supporting people (aka plant nerds) who are living their dreams.

3. Our blooms are sourced from our own cutting garden and other local farms. This is how we all win! You get the freshest, most unique flower varieties, we support our sister flower farms in Arizona and our local economy grows. When we buy from our wholesaler, we specify American-grown flowers, this keeps our carbon footprint low and our domestic farm economy strong!

4. Our flowers are chemical free. Although we are not certified organic, we follow organic standards (actually we go above and beyond). We do this for our health, our customers’ health and the health of the environment.

5. We have an insane reverence for soil. Our farming practices are minimum tillage, meaning we keep the soil microbiome healthy, helping reduce our water use and reliance on outside fertilizers and inputs.

6. We belong to the Slow Flowers movement among farmers and florists to increase awareness about the impact of buying local and American-grown flowers. By choosing us you support the local flower revolution!

7. We extend the life our our flowers by sharing the beauty and joy of leftover flowers with nursing homes and hospice care. You can choose this option for your wedding flowers!

8. We hate to see flowers die! That’s a strange thing for a flower farmer and florist to say, right? As soon as we cut our blooms we are looking for ways for them to last as long as they possibly can. We preserve, dry and press extra flowers that would be thrown away in a normal flower shop. Then we make beautiful wreaths with them (even everlasting ones from your wedding!). We compost every stem we don’t use and all the bits off the floor to make more flowers!

9. We value and practice sustainability in several ways:

   • We comb Goodwill for used vases instead of getting them shipped or supporting dreaded Dollar Stores.

   • We use foam-free design techniques to reduce non-biodegradable waste.

   • We limit and reuse packaging whenever possible.

   • We are scrappy but classy!
