Autumn Wreath Crafternoon

Join us for a creative and restful craft session amidst the fleeting glory of autumn at our flower farm. Wreaths are reminders of the bounty of summer, as the days grow short and winter arrives.  They are a reminder of the abundance of the garden and nature. Surrounded by the vibrant colors of autumn, you will learn how to craft your very own wreath with the gorgeous flowers and gorgeous we grew–millet, oats, wheat, amaranth and other grasses and sunflowers.

We will share tips and techniques to guide you through the process from start to finish working with a 6” wreath base; including tips for how to dry flowers, and how to make a base from natural grapevine. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or a complete beginner, you’ll find joy in the process of creating something special with your own hands. Finished wreaths will vary in size from 10-12”.

This is a time to slow down and to connect with nature, creativity, and community. Leave with a gorgeous handmade wreath made and replenished from a day at the farm, sipping tea and enjoying each moment.
